When I arrived here this morning, I first thought I was on the wrong site somehow. Wow, what a big change - looks excellent. So who did you sleep with to get this done? The banner's cool!
One thing you might also like to consider is reducing the number of posts showing, so your page isn't quite so long. (I go with 7.) (Customize>Settings>Formatting - first thing on that page if you're interested.
